Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, but how fast your goodies land on your doorstep depends on where you are and what you ordered.

Processing Time

We aim to process and pack your order within 5-7 business days. Most of our products are made fresh to order, so we don’t rush the magic. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s on the way.

During busy seasons (or if we’ve gone viral), there might be slight delays but we’ll keep you updated if anything major changes.

Shipping Times & Rates

UK Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

International Orders:

  • Standard International: 5–12 business dayS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, please note timescales are estimates and can be different depending on the courier, location or conditions out of our control.

Pre-Orders

If you order a product marked as pre-order, please note:

  • Pre orders typically can range from a 2-4 week fulfilment period before dispatch.

 

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page

  • If you order in-stock items with a pre-order item, everything will ship together when the pre-order is ready.

  • If you want in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders.

Pre-orders are processed in the order they’re received, and once it’s ready, we’ll email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

Once your order is handed over to the courier, it’s out of our hands — but if your package is missing or damaged, email us at support@bodiibox.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

For missing packages:

  • Wait 48 hours past the expected delivery date (sometimes couriers are just slow).

  • Check your local delivery office or neighbours.

  • Still nothing? We’ll step in and sort it.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or fees for international orders.

  • Double-check your shipping address — we can’t fix it once it’s shipped.

  • Any refused or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses or unpaid duties will not be refunded.
