We want you to love your Bodiibox products but due to the nature of what we sell, we have to keep things strict for hygiene, safety, and fairness.

Non-Returnable Items

All of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Skin and body care products

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

This policy helps us ensure the highest quality and safety for every customer.

Exceptions may be made only at our discretion. Please contact us at support@bodiibox.co.uk if you believe your situation qualifies.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@bodiibox.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your case and offer either a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges, due to hygiene and safety and as all products are made to order. If you believe you’ve received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a product is damaged, defective, or approved under special circumstances. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
